National Trust of Guernsey’s annual community event since 1969, celebrates its fiftieth anniversary this year.

Hugely popular amongst Islanders and visitors throughout the last 50 years, Lé Viaër Marchi takes place on Monday 1st July, from 5pm until sunset, at Saumarez Park. 

For many, Lé Viaër Marchi heralds the start of Guernsey’s summer. Celebrating the best of Guernsey’s heritage with fun and interesting stalls, wonderful demonstrations of Guernsey crafts, traditional dancers and singers and Guernsey’s famous dish ‘Bean Jar’, a special atmosphere is guaranteed at this unique event.
