The National Trust of Guernsey warmly welcomes the Guernsey Concert Brass at the Folk and Costume Museum Courtyard, Saumarez Park on Saturday 28th July 3pm.  Being the last performance of our Summer Courtyard Concerts 2018, we hope you’ll join us for a wonderful finalé of a series, sharing honest music in a heritage place.

The Guernsey Concert Brass is an extremely prolific and popular band in the Island of Guernsey giving about 15 performances a year including many of Guernsey’s most prestigious parades and events. The band has travelled widely, performing both contest and concert and has had the pleasure of welcoming many bands to the Island of Guernsey.

GCB is around 50 years old, young in Brass Band terms, but during its life it has grown from strength to strength until its current establishment of 25 players. A Community band, it maintains an Open Door policy and encourages interested players to come along to rehearsals on Monday Evenings at the KGV Club House.

Saturday 28th July is definitely a good opportunity for tempted brass band players to see and hear Guernsey’s fine brass band in action.

National Trust of Guernsey warmly welcomes Guernsey Concert Brass at The Museum Courtyard, Saumarez Park for what is sure to be a stirring and memorable event.
